Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement, for example by email or letter, of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.

The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract.

We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

Returning the Goods

You must return the goods to us no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

The buyer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.

Please return the goods sufficiently packaged and, where possible, in their original packaging.

Loss of Value of the Goods

You are only liable for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to examine their condition, properties and functionality.

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Goods that are made to the customer’s specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs.

Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery.

Care products that have already been opened or used, provided that they can no longer be resold for hygiene reasons.
