Shipping Policy

Shipping Countries

We currently ship to Austria, Germany, selected EU countries and Switzerland.

If your desired delivery country is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing your order at office@hufoel.at. We will be happy to check whether shipping is possible.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically and displayed at checkout. They depend on the delivery country, the weight of your order and the selected shipping method.

We offer free shipping for orders over €99.

Processing Time and Delivery Time

We process your order as quickly as possible. Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days.

The actual delivery time depends on the destination country and the respective shipping provider. Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. If tracking is available for your selected shipping method, the email will also include the corresponding tracking link.

Delivery to Switzerland

For deliveries to Switzerland, additional costs such as import duties, customs fees or Swiss VAT may apply.

These costs are not charged by us, but are collected upon import by the shipping provider or the responsible authority.

The exact amount depends on Swiss import regulations and is outside our control.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please make sure that your delivery address is entered correctly when placing your order.

If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at office@hufoel.at.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we can usually still update the address. Once the parcel is already on its way, changes can unfortunately not always be guaranteed.

Delivery When You Are Not at Home

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the shipping provider will usually leave a notification or redirect the parcel to a pickup location.

Please check the information in the tracking details, as the exact procedure depends on the respective shipping provider.

Parcel Has Not Arrived

If your parcel has not arrived, please first check the tracking information in your shipping confirmation. There you will find the current status of your parcel.

If the status has not changed for several days or your parcel has been in transit for an unusually long time, please contact us at office@hufoel.at and include your order number. We will be happy to look into the matter for you.

Damaged Delivery

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging and the affected products immediately after receiving the parcel.

Then send us your order number and the photos to office@hufoel.at. This allows us to review the case quickly and find a suitable solution together.

Pickup

Pickup is possible by prior arrangement.

Please contact us in advance at office@hufoel.at so that we can prepare your order and arrange a suitable pickup time with you.
